Education: Studied law at Universidad de Lima (1995). Master’s degree in Law (LLM) at Duke University School of Law (2002).
Experience: Broad experience providing legal advice to both national and international clients, advising on transactions related to the purchase and sale of companies, real estate projects, financing and insolvency proceedings. Has acted as a Peruvian law specialist in bankruptcy proceedings in the US.
Complements his professional practice as a teacher since 2009, in charge of courses related to Corporations’ law in the Masters Degree Program in the Pontifica Universidad Catolica del Peru. Also, lectures on seminars and different courses.
Additionally, participates in Investment Committees on various regulated companies and acts as the representative of several of his clients.
Associations: member of Colegio de Abogados de Lima (1996), of the International Bar Association (IBA), of the International Association of Young Lawyers (AIJA), of the Inter-Pacific Bar Association (IPBA), of Instituto Peruano de Derecho Mercantil, and collaborates with the Doing Business project of the World Bank since 2004.
