Auler & Pinto Abogados was founded in 2010. Our two main partners contribute a heterogeneous mix of professional experience, having worked in governmental positions as well as in the private and academic positions. In the late nineties, the firm’s partners worked together in one of the most recognized law firms in the country, after which each one decided to take their own different professional paths. After some years, they decided to work together once again to continue developing their professional careers in unison, with a shared mission and values.
The Peruvian market has become highly competitive and specialized. Clients not only value the knowledge behind specific legal subjects but also the fact that lawyers are aware of the complexities of the business environment in which they operate.
Peru´s economic situation can be considered privileged, especially in relation to other countries in Latin America. Even though the economy has stopped growing at an accelerated pace, Peru continues to be attractive for investment in diverse fields of economic activity.
Our partners are teachers in prestigious universities, in their fields of expertise. Being a medium sized firm allows our partners to get involved directly with matters required by our clients.
An important subject that our firm values is that of possible conflicts of interest a reason for which we evaluate potential problems before assuming a new client or case, and we inform these shortly after, in case needed.
Our study integrates associations of lawyers on an international scale, which permits a constant update on arising trends within the international legal environment.
New technologies permit lawyers to participate in international transactions in a more direct and active manner. Auler&Pinto Abogados is no stranger to the challenges that technology and modernity present to the professional practice.
For the second consecutive year, our Law Firm appears among the top leading Law Firms involved in Merger & Acquisitions transactions, having escalated from position N° 8 in 2018 to position N° 5 in 2019.
